ARTIST DEVELOPMENT & VISIBILITY PROGRAM

Not every artist needs a manager.

Many artists need structure, visibility, guidance, accountability, and a team that can help them build a professional brand before management even becomes necessary.

The Verum Lumen Society Artist Development & Visibility Program was created for artists who are serious about investing in themselves and growing their careers strategically.

We help artists strengthen their image, improve their visibility, develop their content, secure media opportunities, increase their online presence, and position themselves for long term growth.

Our team works behind the scenes researching opportunities, pitching media, building campaigns, coordinating content, identifying areas for improvement, and helping artists make better business decisions.

Please note that we do not accept every artist who inquires. Our time, relationships, and resources are valuable. We carefully review potential clients to ensure there is a strong fit before moving forward.

To maintain quality and personalized attention, Verum Lumen Society only accepts 3 to 4 Artist Development clients at a time.

STYLING THROUGH GALLERY DE GARDE

All Artist Development clients have access to styling and image development support through Gallery de Garde.

A strong image can help open doors, increase confidence, strengthen branding, and create a more memorable presence both online and in person.

Styling support may include:

• Image development

• Personal brand alignment

• Outfit planning

• Shopping guidance

• Wardrobe recommendations

• Performance styling

• Interview styling

• Editorial styling

• Content creation styling

• Event styling

Many artists mistakenly believe a stylist purchases clothing for them.

This is not the role of a stylist.

A stylist's role is to research, source, recommend, coordinate, and help execute a visual image that aligns with an artist's goals and brand.

Artists are responsible for purchasing or renting their own clothing unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Styling services do not include the cost of garments, accessories, footwear, alterations, rentals, shipping, or related expenses.

Additional styling services outside of package inclusions may be available at an additional cost.

MEDIA & DIGITAL PRESENCE

Every tier includes blog writing support.

Tier I clients may receive article distribution to smaller blogs and developing media platforms.

Tier II and Tier III clients receive publication on NY Weekly along with distribution across additional digital media outlets.

In many cases, the same article and approved promotional image may be distributed across multiple platforms to help strengthen an artist's online presence.

The objective is to help improve discoverability across:

• Google

• Bing

• Yahoo

• Other search engines and media platforms

A stronger digital footprint can help artists appear more established when fans, promoters, media outlets, brands, and industry professionals search for them online.

MODELS, TALENT & VIDEO VIXENS

Need talent for a photoshoot, content day, music video, campaign, or event?

Through our fashion division, Gallery de Garde, we can assist with sourcing:

• Models

• Video vixens

• Actors

• Influencers

Talent pricing varies based on experience, project scope, location, and availability.

PERFORMANCE OPPORTUNITIES

Our team actively researches and identifies opportunities that may align with an artist's goals.

Please note that if a performance opportunity, showcase, festival, conference, networking event, booking, or appearance requires a participation fee, registration fee, travel expense, ticket purchase, or performance fee, those costs remain the responsibility of the artist.

TRAVEL POLICY

The first two in person meetings, content sessions, or consultations each month are included.

Beginning with the third in person meeting, a $150 travel fee will apply.

This fee helps cover transportation, tolls, parking, and travel related expenses.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many artists do you work with at one time?

To maintain quality and personalized attention, Verum Lumen Society generally works with only 3 to 4 Artist Development clients at a time.

Once all available spots are filled, interested artists may be placed on a waiting list until space becomes available.

Why don't you accept every artist?

Because our goal is results, not volume.

We intentionally keep our client roster small to ensure every artist receives the attention, strategy, and support necessary for growth.

We evaluate talent, professionalism, communication, commitment level, and overall fit before accepting new clients.

Not every artist is ready for development services, and not every artist is the right fit for our team.

Do you guarantee interviews, placements, sponsorships, bookings, or magazine features?

No.

No legitimate publicist, manager, consultant, or agency can guarantee specific outcomes.

We can guarantee effort, strategy, consistency, and professional execution.

Do You Manage Artist ?

No.

Verum Lumen Society provides artist development, visibility strategy, public relations support, branding, content guidance, and professional consulting.

Management services are separate and are not included within these packages

What is the difference between artist development and management?

Artist development focuses on building the artist.

Management focuses on managing the artist's career.

Artist development may include branding, content strategy, media outreach, visibility campaigns, performance coaching, styling guidance, and professional positioning.

Managers often negotiate deals, oversee business decisions, coordinate opportunities, and generally earn a percentage of an artist's income rather than charging monthly service fees.

Why do artists pay monthly?

Because professional development requires consistent work behind the scenes.

Our team spends time researching opportunities, pitching media, writing content, building campaigns, coordinating interviews, following up with contacts, reviewing materials, developing strategies, and identifying opportunities that align with your goals.

What am I actually paying for?

You are paying for strategy, relationships, expertise, visibility efforts, outreach, consulting, artist development, campaign planning, media pitching, content guidance, and professional support.

In many cases, hundreds of emails, follow ups, meetings, submissions, and research efforts occur behind the scenes before results become visible.

Can I sign up if I do not have music released yet?

Possibly.

We evaluate each artist individually.

In some cases, we may recommend focusing on recording, content creation, branding, or other foundational work before joining the program.

Why do I need to invest money into my career?

Artists are businesses.

Most successful artists invest in branding, content, photography, advertising, promotion, wardrobe, videos, travel, and marketing.

Artists who invest in themselves typically create more opportunities than those who do not.

What happens if my payment is late?

Services immediately pause until payment is received.

This includes outreach, campaign management, content planning, consulting, media pitching, and all active services.

Can I get a refund?

No.

All payments are non refundable.

Due to the nature of consulting, outreach, public relations, strategy, planning, and creative services, refunds will not be issued once work has begun.

Can Verum Lumen Society refuse a client?

Yes.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services if we believe the partnership is not a good fit.

What the best way to communicate ?

COMMUNICATION POLICY

All communication must be conducted through email.

This ensures all parties have written documentation, accurate records, and a clear reference point throughout the working relationship.

What are your professional standards ?

PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS

Verum Lumen Society values professionalism, communication, punctuality, accountability, and mutual respect.

If you are consistently late, fail to communicate, repeatedly miss meetings, behave disrespectfully, or create unnecessary disruptions, we may not be the right fit for one another.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services when professional standards are not maintained.

Verum Lumen Society reserves the right to terminate services immediately if a client engages in abusive behavior, harassment, threats, discrimination, illegal activity, or conduct that may negatively impact the reputation of the company, its partners, or its clients.

Will you tell me if something is hurting my brand?

Yes.

Part of our responsibility is providing honest feedback.

If something is helping your growth, we will tell you.

If something is hurting your growth, image, engagement, or professional opportunities, we will tell you that as well.

Our goal is not to tell clients what they want to hear.

Our goal is to help clients make better decisions.
